Thank you for shopping with Trick Products LLC. We make and ship our products with care and want to provide clear expectations regarding order processing and delivery.

Order Processing

Most Trick Products orders are made to order. Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days after payment has been received.

Some products may require additional production time due to product complexity, order volume, or material availability. If an order is expected to take significantly longer than the normal processing time, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping within the United States

We currently ship products throughout the United States.

Available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, order size, weight, and available shipping services.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information when available.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are provided as a general guideline and may be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including:

• Severe weather
• Carrier delays
• Holidays and increased shipping volume
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
• Mechanical or transportation issues
• Natural disasters
• Other events beyond our reasonable control

Trick Products LLC is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or has not been delivered within a reasonable period after the expected delivery date, please contact us.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the damaged package and product. We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Customers should retain the original packaging and shipping materials until the issue has been resolved.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the order shipped again.

If you notice an incorrect shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered production or been shipped.

3D-Printed Products

Because many of our products are produced specifically for each order, production time may vary depending on the item, quantity ordered, material availability, and current order volume.

Minor variations in color, surface finish, layer lines, and appearance may occur as a normal result of the 3D-printing process. These variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

International Shipping

At this time, Trick Products LLC primarily ships within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available, additional shipping charges, customs requirements, duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. Any applicable customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available after your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, tracking and delivery information is controlled by the carrier.
